Ø            Presentation of carving tools and equipment which are used while carving

Ø             Idea about Knife handling and carving refrigerating

Ø            Simple carving exercise among the learner.

 

 (Include easy, medium and advance level of carving)

Ø             Learn about body and skin carving

Ø             Carving in small fruit and vegetables (carrots, cucumber, apple, beetroots, tomatoes, oranges,           potatoes etc.)

 

     (Include easy, medium and advance level of carving)

Ø             Carving in medium fruits and vegetables (honey dew, pineapple, papaya, eggplant, cabbages etc.)

 

 (Incudes easy, medium and advance level of carving)

Ø            Carving in big fruits and vegetables (watermelon, pumpkin, bottle gourd, etc.)

Ø           Revision of all (small, medium and Big fruits and vegetable carving)

Ø           Small test regarding carving
